COOLTAT is one of the top global leading off-the-shelf mixture electronic parts distributors in China. As a Sino-foreign joint venture, COOLTAT was first founded in Hong Kong, in 2010. Now we become a great cooperated partner with more than 100 world well-known semiconductor brands and made 10 billion dollars in annual production.

Being sensitive to the global semiconductor market, COOLTAT foresaw the prosperity of this career and stepped on the semiconductors' front-end R&D as well as design in 2005. After 2010, we set up our branch offices in most core cities in China such as Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Wuhan, and Xi'an, etc. With our global business booming, COOLTAT successfully made its affection to the world semiconductor market. Based on that, we set up our oversea branch offices in the US, UK, and Singapore. Since then, we have accumulated large numbers of factory manufacturer resources and end-user customers. We extended our company floor-covered space to more than 50,000 m². We always have full sufficient hot-sale product models in stock to supply our customers. Until now, COOLTAT has made a great powerful supply&marketing network system in the world market, which consist of more than 50 thousand of reliable electronic components suppliers. What We Have Accomplished

2010 — COOLTAT was built in Hong Kong.

2011 — Annual production reached 200 million HK dollars and passed the GQA.

2012 — Assigned as the Northwest Military Research Institute's supplier and passed the international ISO9001/ISO14001 certification. Awarded as "Annual All Programmable Technology Innovation" and "Prize of China Electronic Components Guild's Outstanding Contribution".

2013 — COOLTAT supply chain was officially established. Annual production reached HK$500 million.

2014 — Set up SMT manufacturer factory in Shenzhen. Customers can have one-stop PCBA manufactured products, which brought our R&D work more efficient, faster, and better services.

2015 — Obtained HK$600 million finance as angle investment for chips' research and development, as well as technology team's extension.

2016 — Set up our branch office in Singapore and awarded as "Top10 Singapore electronic parts supplier".

2017 — Set up our branch office in the USA. Became business partner with Smith, Mouser, digikey and Elvie. Achieved over $100 million stable supply afterwards.

2018 — Set up our branch office in the UK. Became business partner with BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, BenevolentAI, and Darktrace, etc.

2019 — Cooperated with Foxconn, Chery Automobile, TDK, SAMSUNG, LG and FAW.

2020 — Awarded as "China IC Industry Special Contributor", and assigned as the supplier of China Electronic Group, China State Shipbuilding Corporation, China Aerospace Group, China FAW, and Guangzhou Automobile Group.

2021 — Annual production reached one billion US dollars. Group members were over 1000 people.

2022 —  Awarded as "Country-level Group Enterprise" and "Class A National Electronic Parts Supplier".
